Education & Scholarships

Financial Services Leadership Program

The Financial Services Leadership Program is an initiative of the Kansas Insurance & Financial Services Education Foundation designed to help Kansas students make themselves stand out to employers in the insurance and financial services sector.

Students enrolled in the program take four classes that prepare them with the knowledge base to start a successful career in any of the many avenues in the industry. They graduate with the Kansas Insurance Certificate, which marks them as equipped and valuable to Kansas employers.

Your contribution to the Financial Services Leadership Program helps generate and educate new talent and the next wave of leadership.

Frank Sullivan Scholarship Program

Frank Sullivan served as the State of Kansas Commissioner of Insurance for more than 24 years. His commitment to building a strong industry in Kansas inspired him to establish a scholarship fund dedicated to building up new generations of insurance and financial services leaders.

The program allocates money from its fund for scholarships that are awarded by Kansas universities to students who participate in the Financial Services Leadership Program.
